Important Allergy Notice
All products are prepared in the same kitchen environment, where ingredients such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and other allergens are handled on a daily basis. Although we take reasonable precautions to minimise the risk of cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
For this reason:

Understanding Allergen Labelling
To help you make informed choices, we provide allergen information for individual cakes and products wherever possible. This information aims to identify ingredients that are present in the recipe, but may not reflect cross-contact risk.
What We Can Do

We clearly label allergens that are intentionally used in a product recipe (e.g., contains gluten, contains eggs).

What We Cannot Guarantee

That a cake labelled as “gluten-free” or “nut-free” is suitable for someone with severe allergy or anaphylaxis risk, due to shared equipment and preparation surfaces.

That separate preparation areas or equipment are used unless specifically agreed in advance and subject to operational feasibility.

UK Food Standards Compliance
We comply with UK and EU allergen labelling requirements (where applicable), and provide allergen information in accordance with the Food Information for Consumers (FIC) Regulations. This includes identifying the 14 major allergens when they are present as ingredients in our products.
However, because of shared kitchen operations, we use advisory statements (e.g., “may contain traces of…”), which are industry-standard for mixed-allergen environments.
