At Make My Cakes, we want to make sure your celebration centrepiece arrives safely and on time. Whether you prefer to visit us in-store or have your treats delivered to your doorstep, we have a range of flexible options for you.

We offer a dedicated delivery service to ensure your cakes are handled with the utmost care. We deliver to all postcodes within a 5-mile radius of our stores.

- Harrow & Kenton: Harrow, Harrow Wealdstone, Kenton, Kingsbury.
- Ruislip & Eastcote: Ruislip Manor, Eastcote, Northwood, Pinner, Pinner Green.
- Wembley & Northolt: Wembley, Northolt, Greenford.
- Hatch End & Bushey: Hatch End, Bushey.
Delivery Times: Our standard delivery window is between 10 am to 2 pm or 4 pm to 8 pm. You will receive a notification or call when our driver is on the way.

How much does delivery cost? Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our stores.
How much notice do you need? Most of our signature cakes require 48 hours’ notice. For bespoke wedding or large celebration cakes, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
"The Perfect Surprise, delivered in an Hour" Need a last-minute centrepiece? We offer a 1-Hour Express Collection service on a wide selection of our most popular cakes at both our Rayners Lane and Ruislip Manor branches. Whether it’s an impromptu celebration or a sudden surprise, we’re here to ensure you never have to compromise on quality, even at the very last minute.
Can I change my collection store after ordering? Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to switch your pickup location between Rayners Lane and Ruislip.
What if I’m not home for delivery? Since our cakes are perishable, someone must be present to receive the order. If no one is home, the cake will be returned to the nearest store for you to collect.
Important Information/ Disclaimer (Delivery Orders)
The delivery drivers aim to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic. If this happens, we will try to contact you using the phone number you provided.
When the driver arrives, they will knock or ring the bell. If there is no response, they will attempt to call you. If still unanswered, the order will be returned to our store. In such cases, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery (charged at our standard delivery rate) or collect your order from our store free of charge. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled delivery day and request a refund or a replacement cake for the next day, an additional charge will apply.
For flats or apartment buildings, we kindly ask that you meet the driver at the main entrance.
On receiving your order, please check your cake carefully, especially the written message and its condition. Any damage must be reported immediately. Please take clear photos, inform the driver, and refuse the delivery if necessary. Once a delivery is accepted and the driver has left, it becomes more difficult for us to investigate. As we work with third-party couriers, minor imperfections may occur. While we strive to fulfil every order with care, we ask for your understanding of slight damages. If your cake arrives in poor condition, please take photos and return it with the driver to the store for a refund.

Delivery is available within 2 hours of placing your order. Please select a delivery slot at checkout and ensure you provide the correct contact number for our driver.
All orders must be paid for in advance. We do not accept cash on delivery.
