As our cakes are freshly made to order, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed window will be processed to your original payment method. Custom and personalised cakes may be non-refundable once production has started.

We currently deliver across Harrow, Ruislip and surrounding London areas. Delivery charges and available time slots are shown at checkout based on your postcode.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected time. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM, subject to availability.
